To book a ticket, set the search options on the main page - direction, dates, passengers and booking class.
Our site will compare the prices of air tickets for all airlines available on the selected route and show search results from cheap to expensive.
Use filters to quickly find the most convenient flight option. For convenience, options will be immediately grouped into tabs: all flights, direct flights, on neighboring dates +/- 3 days.
With the help of filters you can select the best flight options by the following criteria:
Transplants : Direct flights, No more than one transplant, Short transplants (up to 2 hours), Comfortable transplants (up to 4 hours).
Time : You can select departure and arrival flights, as well as travel time on each of the flight sections.
Airlines : Select the desired airline.
Baggage : You can display fares with or without baggage for each of the sections of the route.
The table of the best flight options in the first row shows the prices of flights without direct flights, the second row shows the prices of flights with transfers. If you click on the price, the option available for booking will be displayed.
Above the cost of the flight option, the baggage icon and the amount of surcharge for baggage may be displayed if it is not included under the minimum fare conditions. You can also add luggage and other services at the stage of filling in the passenger data.
Choose the best flight option and go to the checkout page, where you need to specify the names and surnames of passengers in Latin, date of birth, passport number.
In addition to the passport data of passengers, the required fields for booking are telephone and email. After completing the booking, the confirmation email comes with a route and order number. Also, the email will receive a notification of the exact date of payment of the order, if it is only booked and has not yet been paid.
Changes or other important notifications from airlines may come to the phone, so we recommend that you indicate your mobile phone number. Also, when booking, the required fields are the email address and contact phone number of the customer.
After clicking the “Book” button, the reservation will be completed and the order number (PNR) from the carrier’s database will be assigned. Below is a link to enter the personal account management office. All payment options for the order and other useful services will be available in your account.
If instead of the “Book” button a button is displayed that says “Go to payment”, then the order can be booked only after payment. In this case, the following page will offer payment options:
- Liqpay payment service - Bank card, Privat24, MasterPass, VISA Checkout.
- Payment from the Virtual Deposit - it can be replenished by any means (including cash or non-cash)
After payment, tickets are issued automatically and come to the email specified in the order.
After completing your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a link to access your account.
If the order is booked without payment, we will notify you by the e-mail, as well as in the SMS notification, as soon as it is established by the airline, about the deadline for paying for the air tickets. As a rule, the notification of the exact date of payment for the order comes to the email immediately, and the order validity period set by the airline - within an hour of the date of booking.
Please note that the deadline indicated in the notification may be shortened at the request of the airline, in which case a new notification may be sent to your email.
Is it possible to book a ticket just by calling?
Our experts do not book flights by phone. In case there are difficulties with choosing the flight and / or booking the desired option - we will try to help you choose or book the necessary flight option on our website. If the flight option is not presented on our website for any reason or is not available for booking, send flight data and we will try to help find the necessary.
Do I need to issue a ticket for the baby and is it free?
Tickets for babies are issued only in one order with accompanying adults. Making a ticket for a baby in a separate order is impossible technically. The price of a baby ticket is usually 10% of the adult fare.
What is the maximum number of passengers you can include in one order?
In one order you can enter no more than 9 passengers, including adults and children from 2 to 12 years. An infant cannot fly without an adult, so the number of babies under 2 years old without providing a separate seat cannot exceed the number of adult passengers.
But pay attention - the less passengers are selected in the search request - the higher the probability of booking cheap flights, at the lowest fare classes (since the number of the cheapest seats on a flight is always limited by the airline for commercial reasons).
Can I get a ticket on the site with a youth discount?
On the site there is the possibility of issuing tickets for four types of passengers: adult, youth from 12 to 24 years old , child from 2 to 12 years old, and baby under 2 years old. How to check that the reservation exists in the airline database?
To check the reservation, you need to contact the call center of the airline with your reservation number (or date of departure, flight number and passenger's name), or check it on the official website of the airline. However, keep in mind that on the websites of some airlines you can only view orders placed directly on these sites.

We draw your attention to the fact that each airline may have its own internal order number, different from the order number in the booking system. In this case, check with our support order number (PNR) in the airline's database.
How to cancel an unpaid reservation?
Your order is automatically canceled upon expiry of the term "Valid To:" , which is indicated in the personal account, as well as in the e-mail notifying you of the payment deadline with the order data. However, if you want to make a new reservation, especially on a flight of the same airline, or just want to make room for other passengers to redeem, you can cancel the reservation in your account. Or call our customer service at +38 044 393 22 33 and ask to cancel your reservation by order number. You can also send a request for a reservation by email: avia@ifly.ua, specifying the reason for the “Cancellation” request and the number of the order to be canceled.
We draw attention to the fact that these conditions apply specifically to orders for which the air ticket was not issued.
Do I need to cancel the same orders?
Yes, you need to cancel your reservation. Almost all airlines need to cancel both bookings if their system detects orders for the same passengers for the same flights in some cases, even within two days .
Sometimes airlines, having found the same orders, can cancel the places in the armor with the issued tickets, so be careful and do not allow the presence of duplicate armor.
Our control system will not allow you to re-pay and issue tickets for the same low-cost airline flights, and also will not allow booking more than three identical flights for the same passenger, even if the previous ones were canceled for various reasons.
